The Board is pleased to announce that Klapton Re has been assigned a Demotech Financial Stability Rating (FSR) of S, Substantial from Demotech, Inc., a rating agency registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as a Nationally Recognised Statistical Rating Organisation (NRSRO). Financial Stability Ratings® (FSRs) are a leading indicator of an insurer’s financial stability. FSRs are based upon a series of quantitative ratios and considerations which together comprise Demotech’s Financial Stability Analysis Model. The Demotech S rating assigned to Klapton Re is one category below the A rating category.
This rating is timely as Klapton Re focuses on penetrating the American market, particularly the Americas. Klapton Re remains resolute in strengthening collaboration with various partners around the world to grow its business and prioritise the provision of security assurance and comfort that the company’s rating gives to new and existing clients.
