He has over 25 years of financial services experience, working in multiple areas of Structure Finance, including Commercial Banking Finance and Structured Corporate Finance.
He has held numerous senior positions in multinational banks, including; Lloyds Bank, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and Sanwa International, including the Head of Finance at Lloyds Corporate for Capital Markets and Head of Strategy in a sales and distribution role.

He obtained his MSc in International Development from the University of Manchester, and is also a graduate of University of Cambridge (PhD) and University of Zambia (BSc).

His ability to forge strategic partnerships and navigate complex market dynamics has positioned him as a respected leader within the reinsurance industry.
At Klapton Reinsurance Limited, Mr. Bingepinge will lead the company in its pursuit of innovative solutions and exceptional service delivery to clients worldwide. His appointment marks a significant step forward for the company as it continues to expand its global footprint and solidify its position as an emerging reinsurance partner in the industry.

Musonda is a qualified Chartered Accountant, a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA-UK), and a Zambian Institute of Chartered Accountants member. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Monash University South Africa.

With over two decades of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, Lynn is a seasoned professional known for her expertise in various product lines.

He has overseen the management of numerous audits in various financial services sectors such as banking, investment management, insurance, and reinsurance.

Before joining Klapton Re as Chief Operating Officer, he served as Regional Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa at Gen Re, where he played a pivotal role in driving market expansion and portfolio optimisation across multiple territories.
As COO at Klapton Re, Saulose oversees core functions including Underwriting Operations, Underwriting Strategy & Governance, Risk Insights & Actuarial, and Data, Analytics & Technology. His disciplined approach to risk selection and portfolio construction ensures seamless alignment with the company’s long-term growth strategy and market leadership objectives.
With a strong track record of managing complex portfolios and implementing data-driven strategies, Saulose is instrumental in reinforcing Klapton Re’s position as a high-performing global reinsurance player. His leadership is key to driving operational excellence, accelerating growth, and delivering sustained value to clients and stakeholders.

a Corporate and Commercial Law Firm based in Lusaka Zambia assisting entities in navigating the policy, legal and regulatory landscape during the set up stage and continuous compliance post set up in the different sectors of the Zambian economy.
Ms. Mumba has also served as National Coordinator for the Africa Minigrid Developers Association (AMDA) working in conjunction with private sector players to advocate for an enabling and conducive business environment from Government and other key stakeholders. Currently, Ms. Mumba’s role has been expanded to cater for Countries in the Southern Africa region to ensure that different markets provide a conducive business environment for private sector minigrid players.
Ms. Mumba has previously served on the Licensing Committee of the Securities and Exchange Commission-Zambia, Audit and Risk Committee of the Civil Aviation Authority-Zambia and Board Member at Klapton Reinsurance Limited.
Ms. Mumba currently serves on the Board of Indeni Energy Oil Company, Immia capital, National Legal Aid Clinic for Women and Member for Human Resource and Renumeration Committee of the Board of Klapton Reinsurance Limited.
Ms. Mumba holds a Master of Laws in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of London, a Bachelor of laws degree from the University of Zambia (UNZA) and is an Advocate of all the Courts and Tribunals in Zambia, Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration and a Member of the Institute of Directors (IDOZ).
